Even though I wasn't sure I could get up so early in the morning, I knew I couldn't sustain a daily solo run much longer because it was boring, and I often had a pulled hamstring or other repetitive-use injury. "I came to Adam's workouts in Santa Monica as a 45 year old,  overworked, out of shape executive.
